Third-party fees already paid (domain, hosting, themes, plugins, ads) are usually non-refundable.
Extra work from missing client content or out-of-scope requests may adjust outcomes per terms.
We may refuse refunds for abuse or terms breaches.
Within the window, email hello@anchorstudiohk.com or WhatsApp with the project name and reason. We reply with next steps under the written terms.
